Bindo Creek Wedding Package
$15,000 inc GST
($7,500 deposit required to secure booking)
Our Bindo Creek Wedding Package is designed for up to 100 guests in total (inclusive of Bindo Creek guests + their invited guests).
Package inclusions:

All four Bindo Creek Cabins: up to 21 guests
Watersedge Cottage: up to 10 guests
Enjoy an a relaxing full weekend stay.

We invite you to choose anywhere on our exclusive 200 acres, including Bindo Creek frontage, to hold your wedding ceremony.
Includes:
Signing table and wooden chairs
30 x white folded chairs for guests
We recommend local celebrant, Kathleen Martin, to officiate your special day.

For Bindo Creek weddings we include exclusive use of The Barn, our bespoke, purpose-built, rustic-style event pavilion. Equipped with fairy lights The Barn is the perfect romantic setting for your special day.
For our Bindo Creek Wedding Package, The Barn can host up to 100 guests and comes with the following inclusions:
100 timber chairs
8 hardwood trestle tables + one large wooden centre table (cannot be moved)
Sandstone open fireplace
PA system for speeches
Tea and coffee station
Glass ware, cutlery and serving trays
6 wine barrels (rustic table tops)
Outside fire pit
Storage room with double fridge, dishwasher and bench space
Adjacent recently-built toilet facilities (mens’, ladies’ and accessible)
Catering van
RSA Staff from ceremony conclusion till 11.30pm
Day coordinator
TV that can be used for photos/ slideshows.

Guests must be bussed to and from the venue as there is limited parking.
Mini Wedding Package
$5,000 inc GST
Designed for a small, intimate wedding, our Bindo Creek Mini Wedding package lets you focus on your beautiful day and includes:
Access to the Bindo Creek property for 4 hours which includes the ceremony area on the lawn underneath the magnificent gum tree overlooking the picturesque views.
Arbour (2 options- triangle or hexagon)
Faux flowers for arbour, bouquet and button holes.
White folded chairs for the ceremony
Signing table & chairs
The Barn with the large middle timber table styled and set with plates/cutlery/water jugs and glassware for up to 20 people.
Tea/Coffee station
4 Bottles of champagne
1 carton of chosen beer
Antipasto grazing board for up to 20 people
Kathleen Martin Marriage Celebrant to officiate the ceremony.
Elopement Package
$2,000 inc GST

Our Elopement Package delivers magic for two (or a few) and includes:
Access to the Bindo Creek property for 2 hours which includes the ceremony area on the lawn underneath the magnificent gum tree overlooking the picturesque views
Choice between two arbours- hexagon or triangle
Faux flowers for arbour, bouquet and button holes.
The Barn is available for photos and as a wet weather alternative for the ceremony
Tea/Coffee station and a complimentary bottle of bubbles.
